configuration in ASDM

To recognize the status of ASA
configure in primary ASA: prompt hostname priority state

As you can see, the hostname is 'ASA1/pri/act#  => I'm ASA1, primary, active

For secondary, it will show like 'ASA1/sec/stby# => I'm ASA1(actually it is ASA2), secondary, standby

Failover established


TEST

Type simply "no failover active" in active ASA.

In the above, the active goes standby, and the standby goes active.
